Invited by Palestinian Regeneration Team, to participate in Qalandiya International 2016 in London, NaoKo created a score for four voices, Variation of C.

The sea, the she - the mother earth - and C are to be seen. It was the first textual score NaoKo created as a piece for a multiple voice, a piece intended to be performed by voices other than her own. The performance uses spoken words from the written text to create visuals while addressing the concepts of migration and displacement, as well as the background image of the ocean and underwater archaeological site.
